Maguro Studio is a Japanese restaurant dedicated to serving the finest slices of bluefin tuna (Jap. Maguro), which is slaughtered and imported directly from Japanese local markets. By the desire of those who savor the original seafood taste in Japan, our founder was inspired to bring bluefin tuna to Vietnam. They are caught freshly from the farm, butchered immediately, and preserved for delivery to maintain the palatability intact.
